Tyra Boose was born in raised in Stafford, Virginia and received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from High Point University in 2018. Tyra went on to attend North Carolina Central University where she graduated with honors after being president of the class and being on the E-board of the Trial Advocacy Board.

Tyra moved to Alaska 3 days after graduation and began working with the Municipal Prosecutor’s Office where she went on to become the Deputy Municipal Prosecutor. During her time at the prosecutor’s office, Tyra honed her trial skills and courtroom presence. Tyra developed a passion for helping as many people as she could, particularly victims of domestic violence.

Tyra is passionate about providing quality service to her clients. Tyra has a can-do attitude and is always ready to offer a listening ear and uplifting words. In her free time, Tyra enjoys boxing, pottery, and adventuring around Alaska with her dog Mushroom.
